Our Business

We are UnderStand Up! International Ministries, Inc. We were created when God stirred the hearts of brothers Rob and Randall Rowland through the Holy Spirit who told them it was time to do their part to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus as stated in Matthew 28: 18-20.

After Rob and Randall shared God's vision to several people, a couple more hearts were stirred up and the core team was completed with the addition of Tommy Campbell, Joe Iannarelli and Kyle Vultaggio.

The main vision of the Ministry is to provide stable support for indigenous pastors and entrenched missionaries who are reaching the unreached throughout the world, including right here in our hometown and throughout the United States. According to statistics, less than 3% of all mission work is directed at the more than 2 billion unreached souls who are thirsting for the Good News of Jesus. We intend to change this. By supporting our efforts, you can help provide needed funds, Bibles, discipleship material, water and other basic necessities to these areas that are in desperate need. We are incorporated in Georgia as a non-profit and can accept donations at the address listed in the upper right-hand corner of the web-site.

As far as a business model and motto go, we feel 2 Corinthians 4: 1-18 sums it all up!

We endeavor to honor God in all aspects of our lives and to most effectively use your financial and volunteering gifts. As an example, in 2010, UUIM ran a 97% in financial efficiency, requiring only 3% for overhead.(And most of that was postage for mailing Bibles and costs for maintaining this web-site!)

Rob Rowland, President and CEO

(Chief dreamer and vision caster) Rob has been married to his wife Stacey since 2000. He has 2 step-children: Caleb (USAF) and Cameron (UGA). He and Stacey also have a child together: Clayton. Rob is a graduate of the University of West Georgia in Carrollton where he obtained a BA in History in 1994. Rob now manages the Drop-N-Shop Donation and Outreach Center (a fundraising arm of UUIM) in Carrollton, GA and has been a Bible teacher since 2001. Joe Iannarelli, Vice-President and Chaplain

(Spiritual Guru and Prayer Dude) Joe has been married to his wife Lynn for 18 years. Joe has 3 children: His oldest, Danny, is serving in the USAF where he has completed one tour of duty in Iraq and has volunteered for duty in Afghanistan; His eldest daughter, Lauran, is also in the USAF; his youngest, Megan, is loving having Mom and Dad to herself but sure misses her brother and sister. Joe is a Prayer Warrior for Southern Hills Christian Church where he has served for several years. He is also on their Decision Team. Contact Joe for prayer needs at: joe@understandup.org.  

Tommy Campbell, Missions Advisor

(Missions Master) Tommy has been married to his wife, Katherine, for more than 10 years. He is presently a coodinator for the Draja Children's Choir for 410Bridge. He is a 2000 graduate from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, GA where he received a BS Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and Minored in Youth Ministry. Tommy's parents were missionaries and he was actually born on the mission field in Hong Kong. About the only thing Tommy is more passionate about than his ministry to children is his desire to serve in the missions field. Randall Rowland, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

(Money Mogul, Chief Tightwad) Randall has been married to his wife, Kris, for more than 10 years. They have 3 children: Andy, Maggie and Jackson. Randall is Audit Manager and partner with Robinson, Rowland and Company, P.C. in Carrollton, GA. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia in 1994. Kyle Vultaggio, Vice-President Public Relations

(Head Hand-Shaker) Kyle is married to his best friend, Rachel. He has 2 daughters, Morgan and Keeley. He owns his own business in Carrollton: Thunderbird Linen Service. He and his family attend Southern Hills Christian Church in Carrollton, GA where he and his wife serve in the childrens ministry, service ministry and drama team.
